Junior Kata Cmpetition

Need to congratulate all students who participated in the first junior kata competition!
It was a great success and we hope to do it again in the near future.

The standarts were very high and that only shows the commitment of all involvedto make our Karate go further.

Junior Kata Competition

Hi Everyone!
Just to reminder to all interested that comming Saturday 18th October there will be a Junior kata Competition at the Beddington Hall. All are welcome and all will receive prices for participation.

First Grading

Kicking frog would like to congratulate all students who graded last Saturday at the Beddington Dojo.

Well Done to all Grades.

Nicola and Stefanie (otherwise knowed as Lisa) well done on the double grading...enjoy it for now next time will not be that easy!

Special mention to a very nervous first grader from the Hackbridge Bedzed Pavilion, it wasn't so bad after all and you did great.

Great Day at the Arena!

A fantastic turn up of people and a brillant show was put up by the participants.

Special thanks for Anna and Paul for handling the young ones!

Good job to jack with the Nunchakus.

For the rest very impressive show all around, looks like we will have a great competition in September.

Live at the Arena

Live at the Arena was great!

Thanks to everyone that participated, this event was a great success. I was very impressed with everybody.

My thanks go to all the participants, to the Sutton Arena and to Leon at the BEDZED Pavilion for putting me in touch with the Arena People.

On July 19Th 2008 kicking frog karate club and snss shotokan karate club will be showing off they're talents at an event a the Sutton Arena.

The display will consist of a small demonstration followed by a free

class to anyone that wishes to participate!

Hi!

Here is the first post after the official opening of the Kicking frog Karate club.

Thanks to all that turned up and helped take the ceremony to a successful end.

Practice was good too!

For the new starters, it was great to see so many of you and hope you felt inspired by the presence of all the senior grades of the club including Sensei Gary.

He was impressed with the participation and effort of the new Karate Kids.

I was asked by some of the parents if they need to obtain a Gi (karate suite).

For the time being I suggest you wait until you're sure this is for you.

I don't mind if you come in any outfit, just make sure to bring long pants and that they are loose fitting.

Later, specially if you decide to take a grading examination you will need a Gi (Karate Suite).

Anyone wishing to obtain a Gi (karate suite) I will be able to provide one at a good price!

Just check "blitz.com" and let me know.

I also have a number of used Gi's in very good condition and I will be happy to sell them to you at a excellent price.
