On July 19Th 2008 kicking frog karate club and snss shotokan karate club will be showing off they're talents at an event a the Sutton Arena.

The display will consist of a small demonstration followed by a free

class to anyone that wishes to participate!

Here is the first post after the official opening of the Kicking frog Karate club.

Thanks to all that turned up and helped take the ceremony to a successful end.

Practice was good too!

For the new starters, it was great to see so many of you and hope you felt inspired by the presence of all the senior grades of the club including Sensei Gary.

He was impressed with the participation and effort of the new Karate Kids.

I was asked by some of the parents if they need to obtain a Gi (karate suite).

For the time being I suggest you wait until you're sure this is for you.

I don't mind if you come in any outfit, just make sure to bring long pants and that they are loose fitting.

Later, specially if you decide to take a grading examination you will need a Gi (Karate Suite).

Anyone wishing to obtain a Gi (karate suite) I will be able to provide one at a good price!

I also have a number of used Gi's in very good condition and I will be happy to sell them to you at a excellent price.
